 JUNIOR SAILING: JUNIOR NEWS

We have renewed the Junior Program for this coming summer. Fulfilling members' needs and expectations are most important to us. Our hope is that the SCJYC Summer program becomes a place where members, families and friends build long lasting memories around the water in one of the most serene and beautiful locations in the country.

We believe that as a club, the most important thing we can do, is to provide a friendly environment where our kids can have fun, make friends and learn in a safe environment. Our children are the future of this wonderful club, and we ONLY wish that they build great memories of their childhood at Seawanhaka, so when they have kids, they can also enjoy this wonderful place.

To ensure that we have a memorable summer, we started by refining the summer classes, adapting those for the needs of our membership. We believe that the best way to lead is by example, so when we started to look for summer coaches, we went far and beyond and looked for class leaders, not only summer coaches. We feel that we have come up with a community of young leaders and role models for our 2016 staff. You can find a bio of (almost) every staff member for this coming summer in the junior section of Seawanhaka┬┤s website, www.seawanhaka.org.

We are excited about what is coming and wanted to share it with our Seawanhaka community!
